Gameplay in Brief:
According to publisher Fantasy Flight Games, Star Wars: The Card Game is a cooperative living card game (similar to collectible card games, but without the blind-buy purchase model) in which players command the Rebel strike force and mission team to fend off Imperial assaults.
Players can take on the roles of heroes like Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Princess Leia as they face the dangers in the Imperial deck. Various deck-building strategies are available, including a military strategy, a tech strategy and a rogue strategy. Expansions will add more characters, starships, and missions.
For 1 to 4 players, ages 14 and up. About 30 to 90 minutes per game.
