Definition: In Texas Hold 'Em Poker, the player who has the dealer button in front of them is said to be on the button. This player gets to act last in three of the four betting rounds -- after the flop, the turn and the river.
Examples:
Jack got to act last after the flop, the turn and the river because he was on the button.
