Austin Powers DVD Blast!: $19.95, ages 13 and up, 2 or more players, scheduled to be available in fall 2007
The DVD Blast! series from Screenlife packs the entire game onto a DVD -- there's no board, no tokens, no dice and no cards. Two DVD Blast! games are already available: Family Guy ("The Freakin' Sweet Trivia Game), and Survivor (The Cutthroat Trivia Game).
The new Spider-Man DVD Blast! game will feature content from all three Spider-Man movies. The Austin Powers DVD Blast! game, released to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the release of International Man of Mystery (1997) will feature clips from all three Austin Powers films.
The DVD Blast! format includes a number of games on the DVD, good for hours of gameplay. Players are split into two teams; some of the questions and puzzles are played by all players at the same time, while others are played by one team at a time. Scoring is handled by the DVD.
