This new edition of the base Monopoly game featuring a "speed die" was not shown to me during a tour of Hasbro's showroom at the 2007 American International Toy Fair, but it is mentioned in Hasbro's press releases. The company says that the new die gives players "the option to move more spaces and buy more properties in less time."
