$19.99, ages 10 and up, 3 to 8 players, about 30 minutes, scheduled to be available in spring 2007
This party game borrows from Scattergories but adds some new twists. Players draw a category card (e.g. "excuses for being late to work" or "things people often lose") and then spend 45 seconds writing down as many answers as possible.
When the timer ends, a die is rolled. If it comes up "hit," you want to read an answer from your list that you think everyone else also wrote down. If it comes up "miss," you want to choose an answer that no one else came up with.
