But there are a few rules. For example, each building can only include tiles of one color, and the base can only be four tiles wide. Also, each tile is numbered 0 through 5; only higher numbers can be placed on top of lower numbers. So it's not a good plan to put a 5 tile on the bottom level of a building. When buildings are completed, each tile included is worth one point.
I played a quick two-player game of Pantheon and was impressed, although my sense is that it will be even better with three or four players.
