Players turn over two cards, each desribing a quality that could be found in a movie. For example, if the cards "thriller" and "noteworthy music" are revealed, one possible answer is Halloween. The player who names a movie first takes the first card, and a new card is added to the table -- so now you might be looking for a movie with "noteworthy music" and which is set "in New York."
Players answer simultaneously, so gameplay is fast-paced. If no one can come up with a movie that fits the two qualities shown, a third card is revealed and players can choose any two of the three to name a movie.
Cineplexity is for 3 to 10 players, ages 12 and up, about 30 minutes per game.
