Publisher Rio Grande Games had a strong presence at Gen Con 2006. Among the games on display and being played at their booth were Rum & Pirates, Zig-Zag, the 2006 Spiel des Jahres (Germany's Family Game of the Year) award winner Thurn and Taxis, Buccaneer, Masons, Robber Knights, the 2003 Spiel des Jahres award winner Alhambra, and Times Square.
