Last Night on Earth, published by Flying Frog Productions, is a zombie-themed board game. It features a modular board, and the game comes with five scenarios. It's basically a game that pits heroes against zombies. Zombies and heroes have different movement rules, of course, but the zombies are given unlimited resources -- the heroes have limited resources and must work together.
According to game designer Jason C. Hill, "Every element of the game is intended to be cinematic, allowing players to jump into the action of a zombie movie. The eight unique heroes are all based on horror movie arch-types like the small town sheriff or the hospital nurse, while the various scenarios for the game are like movie plots."
Last Night on Earth is for 2 to 6 players, ages 12 and up. About 60 to 90 minutes per game. The suggested retail price is $49.95.
