Gameplay in Brief:

A simple boardgame version of Dungeons and Dragons, Dungeon challenges players to find a certain amount of treasure in the dungeon and then escape. Naturally enough, the treasure is protected by monsters. Combat is simulated via dice rolls.

The Basics:

For 2 to 8 players, ages 8 and up. About 30 minutes per game.

Designer:

Dungeon was designed by Michael Gray, Gary Gygax, Larry Kessling, David R. Megarry, S. Schwab, and Steve Winter.

Publisher:

Dungeon was published by TSR in 1975.
