Starter Set
The starter set for Series 1 of Marvel Battle Dice includes six figures: Captain America (001), Doctor Octopus (040), Magneto (061), Spider-Man (032), Ultron (022) and Wolverine (056).
Promo Figures
Two promo figures were produced for Marvel Battle Dice Series 1.
The first, Stealth Wolverine, has different stats that the Wolverine in the main set. About 15,000 of these were produced and they were distributed through Diamond Comics Distribution.
The second is a Spider-Man figure distributed through an in-school promotion. About 250,000 of these were produced. The stats for this figure reportedly are the same as the Spider-Man figure in the starter set. The only noticeable difference is a "P" mark (for "promo") instead of "S" (for "starter set").

* Playmates reported a factory problem with Red Skull (019), She-Hulk (008) and Silver Surfer (009) that caused these figures not to make it into the first wave of Series 1 boosters. As a result, these figures may be rarer than others in Series 1.
** Two versions of Loki (017) were produced. One is seated in a chair and the other is not. According to Playmates, the seated Loki probably is the rarer of the two.

**** Based on my experience with The Hulk (see *** above), this figure of The Thing (011) is clear and comes with The Thing Battle Dice Launcher.
