What You Did For Y2K

Dateline: 12/27/99

On New Year's Eve, I was safe and sound at home. I didn't believe that the world will come to an end, or that it would be extra dangerous to be out somewhere -- this is how my wife and I have spent just about every New Year's Eve since we've been married.

But people around the world celebrated the stroke of midnight in their own way, and here are the results of a poll which asked visitors to this site: What will you do on New Year's Eve 1999/2000?

  • Play board games (anywhere), 33%
  • Stay home and sleep through the hoopla, 27%
  • Go out and party, 21%
  • Something else, 15%
  • Stay home and crank up the generator, 4%

No matter what you did to celebrate the end of the 1900s and the beginning of the 2000s, here's a wish that your 2000 be filled with loads of great games and even more great memories!
