When you play Cosmic Encounter, you become an alien with a special power. Your goal is to establish a colony on four planets outside your home system. Cosmic Encounter is a highly social experience. Players can win alone or share a win with others. Clever use of your special power, a judicious balance of diplomacy and strength and a healthy dose of Cosmic luck are the keys to victory.

In the new Flash version of Cosmic Encounter Online, you'll be able to play 24/7, against other players worldwide, against alien "bots," or against players and bots combined. Cosmic Encounter Online taps all of the networking power built into Flash, uses the Flash vector graphics and MP3 audio.

Cosmic Encounter Online will always offer a free game featuring six aliens. Members will have access to all of the Cosmic aliens. Free players and guests can join any games where members keep them opened to all. Members will subscribe for a fee as low as $5.50 per month. The game will launch with 21 aliens, which create 5,985 game combos. Cosmic Encounter games take about 30 minutes.
