Players in Shark are managers of international corporations which speculate with stock from their own company and also from their competitors. As managers, the players create new subsidiaries and earn commissions. By speculating, they invest in different corporations and hope for big profits.

The winner is the player who finishes the game with the most money.

Shark was designed by Jean Vanaise; 2 to 6 players, ages 10 and up; 45 to 60 minutes; retail price about $40. It is scheduled to be published in September 2001 by Rio Grande Games.
