With simple rules but challenging strategy, Toscana was inspired by the architectural style of Tuscany, Italy. Players compete to place tiles on the board in such a way that they connect their own colors while preventing their opponent from doing the same.

The twist is that every tile has both colors on it, so every time you help yourself you need to be extremely careful not to also help your opponent.

For 2 players ages 10 and up, Toscana plays in 30 to 45 minutes. It was designed by Niek Neuwahl. Suggested retail price is $29.95.
