Available in June 2001 for about $29.99, the Monopoly Disney Edition combines the traditional board game with the magical world of Disney. The object of the game is to collect classic Disney films to build monopolies and acquire "Disney dollars." Classic Monopoly rules apply, but Hasbro said this edition will include a special game play feature.

Also available in June for about the same price, the Monopoly Powerpuff Girls Edition will challenge players to rebuild Townsville after an attack by villains (while Blossom, Buttercup and Bubbles were on vacation) by purchasing properties and battling villains. Again, classic Monopoly rules apply, but Hasbro has indicated this game will feature special rules and tokens.
