Diplomacy, one of Avalon Hill's classic board game titles, is now available as a CD-ROM from Microprose, a division of Hasbro.

According to the description at the Hasbro Interactive Web site, this computer version of Diplomacy includes the following features:

• Advanced artificial intelligence insures challenging single player mode where no two games play alike.
  
• Icons enable cunning negotiations with the computer.
  
• Play alone or with friends via the Internet, LAN, email or hotseat.
  
• Superb graphics and interface enhanced playability and ease of use.
  
• Includes several popular board game variations.

The minimum system requirements for this game are: Pentium 166MMX, Windows 95/98, 32 MB RAM, 8X CD-ROM drive, 2 MB graphics card compatible with DirectX version 7.0 or higher, sound card compatible with DirectX version 7.0 or higher, 70 MB free hard drive space, 28.8 baud modem (for Internet play), mouse.

The suggested retail price is $49.95.
