Buzzword

Buzzword is the latest party game from Patch. Players have 30 seconds to solve 10 clues, and all the answers contain the buzzword. For example, if the buzzword is "ball": they plump when you cook them (Ball Park Franks); prisoner's ankle garb (ball and chain); soccer in Europe (football); etc.

Scheduled for an August release, Buzzword has a suggested retail price of $14.99.

Multimedia Mad Gab

This is the party game Mad Gab with a multimedia theme -- music, movies and television. So players win points for figuring out that "Sir Fence Afar He" is really "Surfin' Safari" when said out loud.

For 2 or more players, ages 10 and up.

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer

Patch signed a license agreement with GT Merchandising and Licensing Corp. for the 1964 television classic Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer.

A complete line of board games, card games and puzzles in a variety of sizes and price points will be available with a Rudolph theme.

Rated the #1 holiday special on CBS every year with 30 million viewers, Rudolph is a tradition for families. Lisa Huston, licensing manager at Patch, said, "The creativity behind the games add a whole new level of depth to the property. Families will enjoy playing these together."

Additional Games

Patch also announced the future release of Baby Shower Blurt!, Baby Shower Mad Gab, Bridal Shower Blurt!, and Bridal Shower Mad Gab. All four games are scheduled to be available in August 2003 with a suggested retail price of $4.99. All are for 3 or more players.

Patch's new Games on the Go! line includes three games: Games on the Go! Blurt!, Games on the Go! Malarky, and Games on the Go! Mad Gab. The games each come with a compilation of the title's all-time favorite clues. Suggested retail price is $4.99 each.
