Board Games Survivor Island is our own elimination game.

In the Amazon Edition, we began with 25 games divided into five tribes.

In week one, one game from each of the five tribes was eliminated and we were left with 20 games. In week two, one more game was eliminated from each tribe, bringing us down to 15 games.

The surviving games were randomly merged into three tribes of five games each. In week three of the competition, one game from each of tribe was eliminated, leaving 12 games. The same thing happened in week four -- three games were eliminated. That left nine games on the island.

The surviving games were randomly merged into two tribes (one with four games, one with five). On alternating weeks, one game from each tribe was eliminated -- starting with the five-game tribe. When a total of five games remained, they were all merged into one tribe and one game was eliminated each week until only two games remained. Those games were then pitted against each other in a one-on-one poll to see which would be tossed into the ocean and which would be the sole survivor.

(For more information, see the complete official rules.)

Congratulations to Puerto Rico, the sole survivor in this edition of Board Games Survivor Island!
