Guide Review - The 80s Game
The board for The 80's Game (and The 70's Game and The 90's Game) is a series of circles, one for each year of the decade. As players move around the board, they roll a die and then choose whether to travel clockwise or counter-clockwise -- so if you hate sports questions, e.g., you can generally avoid them.Jump Spaces take players into the next year. Here, a die roll determines which category is asked. To move on, you have to both answer the question correctly and know whether or not it happened in your current year. The first team to progress from 1980 to 1989 and into the center wins.
If you recall the Tubes, "Never Say Never Again," and the introduction of Burger King's Croissan'wich, pick up The 80's Game and relive the good times.
