The award-winning and best-selling (more than 1.5 million copies worldwide) game Carcassonne will be reworked by designer Klaus-Jurgen Wrede and Inspiration Games and released as The Ark of the Covenant. The game has a Biblical theme and will be targeted to the Christian market, although it will also be available in hobby game stores. The Ark of the Covenant is for 2 to 5 players, ages 10 and up, and is scheduled for publication in late fall 2003.
