My beloved Green Bay Packers are back in the playoffs (though it would have been much nicer if they had finished the regular season with a win over the Minnesota Vikings) and I have no doubt that they'll march back to the Super Bowl and notch the franchise's 14th NFL championship.
As they do, I'll be enjoying some of my favorite football board games, such as 1st & Goal, Pizza Box Football, and the classic Football Strategy. If you enjoy football and have never tried these games, I recommend them all -- but especially 1st & Goal, which is my pick as the best football-themed board game ever published.

I have to put in a good word for Paydirt and its descendents.
I would second the vote for Paydirt as it is my all time favorite. Football Strategy is alright and 1st and Goal looks interesting. Never tried Pizza Box Football although I enjoy regular pizza.
