The U.S. Chamber of Commerce this week sent a board game to every member of Congress. The game, This Way to Jobs, appears to be a riff on the classic children's game Candy Land. The Daily Caller describes the game this way: "Player avatars labeled 'CEO,' 'entrepreneur' and so on battle their way from a taxed-to-death 'Main Street' to 'Prosperity Park,' hoping to avoid traps like 'Lawsuit Lake' and the dreaded 'Red Tape Zone.'"
"The purpose of this game is to highlight the dramatic increase in burdensome regulations that are preventing America's job creators from planning for or investing in the future," Bruce Josten, executive vice president of government affairs for the U.S. Chamber told The Financial. The Chamber has also created an online version of This Way to Jobs.
