Klondike Solitaire is probably the most popular solitaire card game. It's also known as Fascination and Demon Patience and is sometimes erroneously referred to as Canfield. Here are the complete rules for Klondike Solitaire.

Actually, I have evidence that the
solitaire game played as a gambling
game in Canfield’s casino might not be
the game known today as Canfield, but
Klondike. There are quite a few references in print to Klondike as a
gambling game, but almost none for
Canfield.
Adding to the confusion is the fact that
Demon is widely used in England to refer
to Canfield, not Klondike.
