2007 International Gamers Award Winners

Sunday September 30, 2007
The winners of the 2007 International Gamers Awards have been announced. The IGAs, created to recognize outstanding strategy board games, are presented in the categories of General Strategy: Multi-Player and General-Strategy: Two-Player.

This year's nominees included some terrific games. Among the multi-player finalists were Arkadia, Colosseum, Notre Dame and Pillars of the Earth, while the two-player finalists included BattleLore, ConHex and Medici vs. Strozzi. In the end, the IGA judges chose Through the Ages: A Story of Civilization (multi-player) and Mr. Jack (two-player) as the winners.
