Vegas Showdown Named Games Magazine's Game of the Year

Games magazine has announced its Game of the Year: Vegas Showdown, published by Avalon Hill / Hasbro. For 3 to 5 players, ages 12 and up, Vegas Showdown finds players competing to build the best casino. It's an auction game, meaning that players bid to acquire the various things they need, such as a night club, restaurant, slot machines and table games. Designer Henry Stern has crafted an excellent game, worthy of this award.
