Today's edition of the Toronto Star features a fairly lengthy article about the Canadian inventors of Trivial Pursuit, Scott Abbott and Chris Haney. The article details the game's origin, including how its name came to be ("Let's face it, if we'd called it Quizmaster 6000, it wouldn't have had the same cachet," says Abbott) -- and it also examines why trivia continues to fascinate us.
